【病例】【病例会诊】左胸壁肿瘤，你觉得是什么？

患者 男 42岁 自觉胸背部不适10个月，入院，ct见图 查体未见特殊体征，未及包快，无压痛，四肢肌力正常。血常规、凝血、肝肾功能正常，碱性磷酸酶 81(正常参考值范围)

患者是12月7号入院的，请骨科会诊后，12月12日做了核磁，期间患者主诉均轻

骨质破坏，骨转移瘤吧。

1.查ECT，估计是“多发骨转移瘤”

2.查原发病灶，消化系、泌尿系

3.查脑CT，有无脑转移。
