KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS
1. Assist MA TA Manager and Medical Advisor to enhance local data generation and product life-cycle
management from medical perspective to maximize product’s value and long term development.
* Evaluate new products, new indications, new research programs, new business potentials of defined
therapeutic areas from medical perspective under Advisor or Manager to support new product
introduction and line extension.
* Align with cross function team including Marketing, Medical information etc.
* Manage Non-interventional Study (NIS) study as a clinician.
* Develop medical strategy under Advisor or Manager and implement it to support product development.
* Develop plan and implement it.
2. Assist MA TA Manager and Medical Advisor to provide medical input to business decision making.
* Provide medical support (topic design,KOL communication etc.) on key marketing activities.
* Provide medical insight/summary document of the defined therapeutic area to business partners to deal
with key product issues such as bidding, new initiatives etc.
* Review and approve Standard Response Letter of Hisun-Pfizer’s Products to HCPs.
3. Establish cooperation and partnership with medical association to promote medical advancement under
supervision.
* Set up national level KOL database, and keep medical communication with through various approaches.
* Publish or facilitate publication of medical paper in professional journals.
4. Provide medical expert opinion in safety events management to avoid negative impact. * Provide professional medical consultation to Safety Officer to solve Hisun-Pfizer products’ safety query 5. General Administrative Support. * Timeline and meeting assistance, Assisting internal/external meeting, including agenda, take meeting minutes. * Prepare documents and reports for meetings and events of TA * Assisting Program leader, Medical Affairs with preparation of presentations, monthly report submission, schedule management, and develop relevant documents. 6. Special project support. * Coordinate Team budget, including budget preparing and actual expense tracking, maintain budget system and update; and MA property management. * General management for MA key documents such as application documents, training binders quality check etc. * Act as a coordinator of department on team culture development and team building.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

* At least Bachelor degree
2, Working Experiences
* Proficiency in English and good computer usage
* Good communication and coordination skill
* Medical background is preferred
